On-site Consultancy
Working on-site not only has the benefit of real-time access to the data, but also that of being able to view the task in its’ live environment, something that is not always able to be simulated. Consultancy is available a minimum of 4 hours in Melbourne metro area, or 8 hours anywhere else. Consultancy can also be arranged based on completion of a project.
e-Consultancy
While on-site consultancy is sometimes preferable, we find we can meet most clients’ requirements from within our own office. Finished reports, cleansed/converted data etc, can all be sent via email. This is a very economical way of working, and one that has proved successful for many of our clients.
Support
Contract Support
Once our clients outsource their work, follow-up support for completed reports is sometimes not only required but also recommended. This may be to ensure reports keep up with changing business requirements. Contract support can be pre-purchased to cover a period of either 3, 6 or 12 months after the work has been completed and signed off by both the client and Quintex Services.
On-demand Support
Support for Crystal Reports is available also on an ad-hoc basis. Support can be for either outsourced or in-house reports, regardless of origination.
